{"id":4347,"date":"2021-01-13T11:45:47","date_gmt":"2021-01-13T15:45:47","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.newbostonvillage.com\/?p=4347"},"modified":"2021-01-14T02:29:44","modified_gmt":"2021-01-14T06:29:44","slug":"public-comments-welcome-new-boston-phase-8b","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.newbostonvillage.com\/?p=4347","title":{"rendered":"Public Comments Welcome &#8211; New Boston Phase 8B"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Public Comments Welcome &#8211; New Boston Phase 8B<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The Village of New Boston is designing improvements to the wastewater collection system to be constructed in 2021.&nbsp; The Phase 8B project will include the following activities:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Construction of a new, larger sanitary sewer along West Avenue toward the CSX railroad,<\/li>\n<li>Replacement of the Webb Allen Pump Station on Millbrook Street,<\/li>\n<li>Addition of a level sensing flow meter in an existing manhole on Lakeside and Rhodes,<\/li>\n<li>Structural lining of sanitary sewers at several locations within the Village, and<\/li>\n<li>Combined sewer separation by construction of a new storm sewer near the VA clinic.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The following documents are available for public review:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/strand.filegenius.com\/downloadPublic\/37vyp5jdws8k29q\">Facilities Plan Addendum<\/a>, dated August 2020 and revised December 2020. This document identifies Phases 7, 8A, 8B, and 9 of the CSO abatement plan.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/strand.filegenius.com\/downloadPublic\/eujg43bawwipo59\/3kmv7bo6wu1uhat\">Draft Environmental Assessment<\/a> dated January 7, 2021.
