The Ephphatha Outreach Center, in Portsmouth, is hosting free summer feeding program for children age 1-18 at parks all across Scioto County. The Village of New Boston is proud to participate by allowing the program access to Millbrook Park and Village Park in New Boston. The program provides hot meals for children at dinner time. Monday through Friday, until Aug. 20.
