We cannot display this gallery Members of New Boston Village Council participated in the Newville Little League Parade in New Boston, on Saturday, April 30. Councilman Mike Payton introduced the teams and their players, and the first pitch of the 2011 season was thrown out by New Boston Village Administrator Steve Hamilton to his daughter, Ali Hamilton.

Fourteen teams are playing in the league this year, and teams from the Challenger League also played an exhibition game. More photos are available here!

NB school groundbreaking

We cannot display this gallery New Boston Mayor James Warren and members of Village Council participated in the New Boston School groundbreaking in the New Boston Stadium on Tuesday, April 19.

Village Councilman Mike Payton was a featured speaker.

This is the first new school building in New Boston since Glenwood High School was built in 1917. The new school will be open in time for students to begin the 2012-13 school year.
