New Boston Village Councilman Steve Hamilton resigned from council on Oct. 21. Steve was the chair of the Streets and Alley Committee. The village is now accepting resumes to complete his unexpired term, which will expire in 2009. Anyone interested in applying for the position can leave their resume with the Mayor’s Office before Nov. 12. Applicants must be age 18-or-older,and must have resided within the village for the at least the past year. Village Council will choose the new member during their next meeting, on Nov. 18.
